Viki came and taught two groups of our Beaver Scouts in Sheffield. We made pasta. The kids loved it! The whole process filled our 1hr session perfectly and at the end, the kids took home their freshly made pasta ready to be cooked. Viki was lovely and very well prepared. The food tasted great. We recently booked Viki to host a pasta making workshop for our daughter's 8th birthday and the children all loved it! They had so much fun making different shapes and colours of pasta, and then got to enjoy a feast at the end. We had Viki from Twiddle come to our school to do a bread making session with our foundation stage children and she was fantastic. All the children had a turn at creating their own bread shapes and all took their bread home to eat. Viki was very friendly and patient and linked it to our class story of the little red hen. Viktoria gave us an excellent pasta making workshop at our Italian themed baby shower, it was fun and engaging and we learnt lots! All ingredients and equipment were provided and viktoria even brought along some blue and pink pasta so that we could decide if we were team blue or pink. I recently attended a Viki’s pasta-making workshop, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish! Viki was knowledgeable, approachable, and clearly passionate about it all. We started by learning the basics of dough-making, including tips on flour types, kneading techniques, and resting times. We added different spices to the dough to make it colourful and more nutritious. What made the workshop stand out was its hands-on nature. Everyone got to roll, shape, and cut their own pasta – from tagliatelle to farfalle. The atmosphere was friendly. At the end of the workshop  Viki cooked our pasta and we had a lovely lunch all together.  The fresh pasta, paired with simple yet delicious sauces made by the host, was absolutely mouthwatering. Whether you're a complete beginner or someone looking to refine your skills, I’d highly recommend this workshop.
