My monthly pasta club is run at the La Mama .
In my 2,5 – 3 hour long workshop you can learn how to make fresh colourful pasta and shapes that you cannot buy in the shops. All using natural ingredients.
You can try and play with the different pasta tools I have bought in Hungary and from Italy to create tagliatelle, farfalle, sorprese, corzetti and much more.
Snacks included: homemade bread, red pepper and garlic roasted houmous (or other seasonal vegetable used to flavour my fresh houmous) with olives and veggie sticks.
You will be making two portions of pasta dough, one to eat with a freshly made sauce at the end of the event and another to take and enjoy at home.
Don’t forget to bring a tray or a larger container to take your pasta home in!
