Anyone wanting to gain a clearer picture of their current health and eating habits and committed to take actions themselves. If they have health concerns or recently been diagnosed with a condition and need help figuring out how to adjust their diet and lifestyle. This is also suitable for those who have a history of health issues or concerns about a condition they have been diagnosed with.
What does it include?
A free discovery chat (15 mins) to discuss concerns and explore options for working together.
Analysis of the client’s self-completed health questionnaire and at least 5 days of food, drink and habit tracker.
One main consultation that focuses on discussing my recommendations based on the information provided by the client.
Detailed written report on recommendations with actionable tasks.
Follow up phone call to check in 2 weeks after the consultation or as agreed with the client (15 mins).
This does not include a full follow up consultation. Ad-hoc consultation can be arranged for £65 per session (60 minutes if online, 45 if in person.)
Duration of consultation
15 minutes for the discovery call and up to 1 hour and 30 minutes for the main consultation. Follow up call (15 minutes).

If they have any minor health concerns or recently been diagnosed with a condition and need personalised help figuring out how to adjust their diet and lifestyle and require help putting the recommendations into practice. Anyone who feels overwhelmed to take actions without accountability and a professional nutrition coach’s support.
Before we can start
A comprehensive Health Questionnaire and a 7 day food, drink, sleep and mood diary to be filled out.
What does it include?
2 sessions are included that could be held via video call or face to face. The first call is a longer one lasting 60-90 minutes. The follow up is a 60 minute session to check your progress.
Support between calls via emails / text / whatsapp/ phone calls.
What do the sessions cover?
On the first session will be discussing health goals and sharing my observations and assessment based on the Health Questionnaire and Food diary provided. This is an intensive session that should bring clarity about how the mentioned health goals could be achieved. We set a number of actionable tasks that could be implemented straight away. The second session would be an accountability call – approximately 4 weeks after the first one – to chat through what worked and see further guidance and coaching was needed. Detailed summary is emailed with prompts and action plan to work through.

Do the sessions include recipe and cooking advice and/or practical work?
Yes, indeed! I am passionate about putting the science on your plate and will teach you the cooking skills you need to do this. My coaching sessions can incorporate cookery coaching with hands on cook-alongs with dishes that are tailored to your specific health goals.
Can I work with you on a long term basis and book sessions when these suit me?
Absolutely. I do recommend that we start with the health audit and clarify your goals you wish to work towards. Once we have a clear picture of where you are and where you want to go, we can work on the how. I help you figure out ways to build new habits and work on limiting beliefs that might be keeping you stuck.
For those who need less help but more accountability, a monthly or even a quarterly call works well. Those who need more confidence in the kitchen along with accountability and nutrition guidance, 2 weekly calls are perfect. This will of course depend on your current health goals, time and budget.
Can I split the payments to make it more affordable to pay?
